Full-stack web, data & AI automation, built to ship.
AXIOMSWB builds web applications, e-commerce back-offices, data pipelines and AI automation for businesses in the UK, US, Europe, Australia and India, and runs the cloud they live on. Sixteen years of delivery, one accountable team, no hand-offs.
Six things we do often enough to do them well. Every engagement comes with deployment, documentation and a person who answers.
Web application development
Custom SaaS products, customer portals, booking and reservation systems, point-of-sale and admin dashboards. Built on Next.js, React and Node, or Django and Laravel where PHP and Python fit your team better.
Custom storefronts with Stripe checkout and full back-office, Shopify apps and feeds, Amazon and eBay listing pipelines, and daily stock and price sync from supplier feeds. We have shipped a family of UK equipment stores on one codebase.
EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM and CloudFront set up properly, plus Docker, CI/CD, reverse proxies, backups, mail and DNS. Servers that stay up, cost less than you expect and are documented so you are never locked in.
Reliable scrapers and crawlers, CSV and Excel to MySQL loaders, scheduled ETL, enrichment from public registers such as Companies House, and clean deduplicated datasets delivered in the format your team actually uses.
LLM-powered document generation, assistants that read your data and act in your systems, fine-tuning and evaluation, and workflow automation that removes the repetitive work. OpenAI or Claude APIs, with cost models you can defend.
Dashboards, reports and Excel macros that save hours every week. And when an existing system is slow, broken or abandoned, we take it over: audit, stabilise, modernise and hand it back documented.

Leader Pro group: four storefronts, one platform
Engineering partner for a UK equipment retailer. Four Next.js 16 storefronts with Stripe checkout and full admin back-offices run from one shared codebase, covering scaffold towers, power generators, material handling and professional equipment. We also built the Leader Pro holding site and a multi-store commerce platform with its own theme engine, catalogue, bulk editing and tenant isolation at the database row level.
Marketplace operations for a BMX retailer: daily supplier-feed sync of stock and prices into Shopify, eBay Seller Hub upload files, and an Amazon UK Listing Loader pipeline that matches products to ASINs by EAN. Plus a custom storefront.
A legal-documents platform generating more than 155 UK document types with OpenAI, including the fine-tuning strategy and production cost model behind it.
Cloud restaurant management: point of sale, kitchen display, admin, super-admin and public menus from one Next.js monorepo, deployed with Docker and Caddy.

FAQ
Questions clients ask
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Most of our clients are in the UK, the US, Canada, Europe and Australia. We work in writing by default, keep a shared overlap window with your time zone every working day, and run short video calls when a decision needs one.
Do you charge hourly or a fixed price?
Both. Well-defined projects get a fixed quote broken into milestones, each with its own price and date. Ongoing work and support run on an hourly or monthly retainer. You always know the number before work starts.
Who owns the code?
You do. Work lives in your repository and on your infrastructure from day one, and all rights in the delivered code transfer to you on payment of the milestone it belongs to. We keep nothing proprietary in your project.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. We start with a short paid audit: we read the code, get it running, list the risks and give you a plan with costs. Then you decide whether to continue with us. Much of our work is modernising and extending systems other teams built.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or card against an invoice per milestone, or through Freelancer.com's milestone escrow if you prefer a marketplace in the middle. We quote in USD, GBP, EUR or INR.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of a signed quote, and sooner for audits and small fixes. Tell us your deadline on the first call and we will say honestly whether it is realistic.
